Problem adding new item

I’m trying to add a new item as an Amazon seller. My brand was approved and I have an official, registrated EAN for the product. When I try to create the product, I get the message (translated from German): “Error processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will fix this problem as soon as possible. Try again later.” I’ve tried multiple browsers multiple times since yesterday. Did anyone encounter this error?
