I designed, found a manufacturer and imported a specific bag and have been selling through FBA. Sales have been fairly good with low PPC. Running at breakeven 2 months in. However, I would have been profitable if not for over 10% returns and have been getting a few bad ratings recently with comments around bad quality. I have 300 more of the product. Already sold 500 in 2 months. Trying to decide how to improve return rates, or just switch to a different product. Would love some advice from experienced business owners.
