Received a complaint June 7, 2022. Uploaded invoices all dated may 2022 showing 90 units purchased. My appeals keep getting denied. The most recent denial said the invoices need to be dated June 2021 to June 2022. Which as stated they are clearly dated may 2022. The other denial reason was quantity mismatch. They say I sold 22 units and need to show that many purchased. As stated my invoices show 90 purchased.
What else can I do to resolve this complaint when the team reviewing these appeals and invoices is so incompetent (overworked?) that they make such simple mistakes. Any ideas?
