Product Category

Hello,

I have been going around and around with Amazon customer service about changing my product’s category. A little bit of background:

1. I listed the product initially in category A
2. finally got a couple of sales, but Amazon suddenly changed it to category B
3. submitted a ticket to change back to A, but was denied. However, I have given them multiple examples of similar, almost identical products that are in the top sellers of category A, but they are not acknowledging it at all

Is there anything else I can do? Sales will likely tank in category B because it is a wider category and will be definitely harder to compete in.
