Question about ‘account may be at risk of deactivation’ warning?

So I’ve had a warning pop up as my defect rate sprung up to 5% due to 1 order issue – I’m only a part-time hobby seller on Amazon so I don’t have a lot of sales (only 20ish in the last 60 day period it’s using to calculate) there which is why one sale has effected me so much.

My questions are:

• Will I definitely be deactivated? Right now it just says ‘at risk’ so is it a time thing before it happens?

• If I am deactivated, the defect rate runs on a 60 day roll. Does that mean I can re-activate my account when the defect clears 60 days from now?

I’ve done about 100 sales since I started (totalling about £10k) and this is my first issue so hoping it’s not the end of my Amazon selling. Any advice would be appreciated 🙂
