Question about getting an account health call back, but I don’t have that option
My account is suspended and I’ve submitted several POA’s, all rejected for non specific reasons. I need to speak to someone on the phone, but I don’t have the call back button on the account health page. Any case I open with seller support gets rejected too, saying “This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. Please follow the instructions below to resubmit your appeal to the correct channel.”, even though I’m literally clicking the “get help with my appeal” button when opening a case. I just need to speak on the phone with someone from account health support. Any ideas? Thanks!
