Recieved GTIN Exemption in May 2021, listen 301 ASINs and suddenly I am receiving Error Code 5461.

Has this happened to anyone else? This is super strange and absurd. I am getting error code 5461. It says I can’t create anymore ASINs under the brand name XYZ. Except, the brand XYC is MY brand and I recieved GTIN exemption for it in May 2021 and since then I’ve been selling on Amazon US. No, I am not registered under the Brand Registry program because I don’t have a Trademark for my brand name and it’s been my family business for 35 years and counting. I’m really worried about this. Has anyone been through this? Any help would be highly appreciated. The seller support as always has been least bothered even though one of the supervisors acknowledged saying it seems to be an internal error. And I was even assured a Sev3 ticket is raised and will br resolved in 24-48 hours, and this I was told 8 days back.
