Removing Negative Review

Hey, just a quick question, is there any way I can get a negative review removed I can prove is false. Someone bought a book from me and left a 1 star review saying it was paperbook, damaged, and dirty when it was none of those things and I have literally a photo of the book showing its hardback and in normal condition. How exactly should I contact Amazon about possibly removing this?
