Seller account deactivated with no access to Seller Central. Please help!
Hello,
We have been a seller on Amazon for about 4 years now and I just received an email saying that our account was deactivated due to engaging in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. I am completely in shock and confused and I don’t know specifically what we are being accused of and thinking that it must be some kind of mistake or maybe that a disgruntled customer falsely accused us of something. Amazon is asking for tracking information for recently shipped self-fulfilled orders and evidence of delivery, so taking this into account, I can only assume that the fraudulent activity that we are being accuse of is that we are receiving orders and then not shipping them. I can easily provide all the shipping information, but the issue is that I cannot login to Seller Central. When I try to login, I get a message saying “You do not have access to merchant A37PAX0OF6OT0A. Please pick a different merchant or marketplace” and then gives me option to login to other countries like France, Germany, Japan, etc. but not the US platform. We have only sold items strictly on the US Amazon platform. I was told that even though our seller account is deactivated at the moment, I should still be able to login to Seller Central so that I can contact seller support and go to our performance page and such, but that is not the case. I have explained the situation to Amazon multiple times, but I just keep getting the same automated message saying that I need to provide tracking information. We purchase all of our shipping labels for our seller fulfilled orders directly on Amazon, so all of the shipping information would only be stored under or “orders” in Seller Central so I would need access to Seller Central in order to obtain that information and provide it to Amazon. Can someone please help!
