Seller Copied Bullet Points Verbatim

Not sure if I can or even should do anything but I had another seller copy my bullet points to their product listing. Same product but different brands. The only thing they changed was the brand name but they did miss it on one bullet. I have brand registry. Would it make sense to do something or just move on?
