Sending products untracked?
Long term business owner, first time amazon seller.
My trading card company recently started selling on amazon, and we send quite a few items through usps letters with standard stamps.
This is the standard on other selling platforms that we use for trading cards, and I know Amazon customers expect everything to shop up (I know that’s how I feel lol).
We’ve had a few people ask where their stuff is just a couple days after placing an order, and have even had amazon customer service pester us about sending tracking when all the forums and info I’ve read say that order under $10 do not require tracking.
Just wondering if anyone else ships in this way and what’s the best way to set expectations for customers.
