Received this last week. Going through process of trying to reactivate my account. Initial submission of information was not sufficient. Meanwhile they owe me over $45,000 in funds. Have had to pull that money from savings to pay off inventory on my credit card. Holding my money for up to 90 days and then have to appeal to get it released! This is pretty stressful and messed up. Hopefully don’t have to go down the legal route with attorneys. Can’t wait to just get my money back and get off this platform. Feel Absolutely powerless.
