Amazon is refusing to accept my legit compliance documents
UK seller here, looking for some advice.
I recently received a compliance check for my best seller with £60000+ in annual sales.
One of the requirements was that the relevant test reports MUST have ILAC/IAS logo on the test report. I provided the test report from an accredited lab and provided the relevant accreditation certificate and linked to official ILAC/IAS websites confirming accreditation. Despite this, Amazon still refuses to accept the test report and I receive the same template answer each time without being able to speak to a human.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Please share with me any tips or piece of advice.
Your help is much appreciated!

amazon wholesale question
ok i am getting more and more interesting in amazon wholesale. i kinda have an idea what is. but how works is where is get confused.
i basically want to start off by as less capital as possible. i cant right now invest 5k which is i think a good number to start with. i am thinking of starting with 500-1000. which you can see is on lower side.
i am thinking to get products from my local wholesale center and sell the products in amazon wholesale.
its a huge chinese wholesale market from where you can pretty much get anything as much as you want. but then i am confused would i be able to sell those products as brands on amazon or not. as they are chinese products and i am not sure if they are selling on amazon or not. how should i go about it?

Avoid third part seller “Lagyer”…deceptive business practices
ordered Dawsons Creek Complete Series on Blu Ray on February 12th, the same day it was announced that James Van Der Beek had passed away. $96.04 Canadian.
Today, received an email that my order was cancelled.
Go to check…they still have stick on the item, but they’ve increased the price to $148 Canadian. IN the space of a few hours since then, they’ve increased it again to $152 Canadian.
slimy business practice

Seller Central – Is anyone else having issues with variations populating live?
For new variations, I can get them connected in the backend but they aren’t showing live on the detail page. For my older variations, they are randomly being broken apart. Happening across multiple accounts and Seller Support has been useless. Any insight on this??

Someone purchased something from us for zero dollars
We got an order today, somebody purchased one of our products at a price of zero. I checked the item, and it has a price of $49 in our system. This has never happened before and I don’t know how to figure out how this happened? And how do we deal with this customer?

Amazon glitches showing a huge spike in your sales?
Does this ever happen to anyone? I woke up Saturday to Amazon telling me I had sold 21 units within a 30 minute period, all to different buyers. This is crazy because:
(i) it’s way higher than my usual daily sales (4-10)
(ii) it occurred after two days of zero sales,
(iii) it all occurred within 30 min
(iv) I only had 6 units in stock at the time (though my replenishment shipment may have just hit, thereby making me have some non-prime units available)
Many of the orders are still outstanding after a few days. I’m just waiting for Amazon to correct itself, because this seems like a glitch (too good to be true).
