Enabling countries on the Edit page is not saving
I’ve been editing multiple listings to toggle on other EU countries to sell in but it doesn’t seem to work and going back to check and they’ve reset to being untoggled.

Every time my seller account becomes inactive, i sell something.
I sell very little on Amazon as its hard to compete. I focus on ebay as its easier to create listings and compete. However, I do have some stuff on Amazon that sits for months doing nothing.
Last week I got a warning from Amazon that my account was going inactive due to inactivity. I didn’t care and thought id consider reactivating when I have more time, as i am trying Walmart fulfillment right now.
Last night I got a message I sold something, after my account became inactive. Its happened multiple times, that i sell something just after my account becomes inactive. Then I have to scramble to make it active, which I can’t do on my phone, and its usually a guessing game as to the hoops they want me to jump through to get the order out timely.
Its inactive, if you are listing my stuff with an inactive account at least let me access the data so I can send it timely.
Is this a common issue?

Can I create a new listing that is a “Kit” that contains 2 of my original products (each have their own listing) and then only fulfill them with FBM (since I don’t have unique packaging for the kit)?
This is something I’ve done with a bit of success on Etsy and was wondering if it would work on Amazon as well. My thinking is it wouldn’t work with fba because I don’t have a separate package design for the kit that would make it one singular product, but if I’m fulfilling the orders myself then I can just put both items in one shipping box. For the listing I would have images of the the items together of course.

Do you track or trust your gut?
Some sellers live in their dashboards, others barely open them. Which one are you? And why? Just curious, Is there a need for a tool that does all the heavy lifting and just gives you the key stuff??

Seller Feedback vs Product Reviews: Key Differences & Impact on Amazon SEO in 2025
Quick Answer:
On Amazon, seller feedback rates you as a seller (shipping, service, order accuracy), while product reviews rate the product itself (quality, performance). Both affect Amazon SEO — seller feedback influences your account health and Buy Box chances, while product reviews directly impact rankings and conversions.
Seller Feedback vs Product Reviews — Side-by-Side
| Features | Seller Feedback | Product Reviews |
|---|---|---|
| What it rates | Your performance as a seller | The product itself |
| Examples | Shipping speed, communication, order accuracy | Quality, usability, meeting expectations |
| Affects | Account health, Buy Box eligibility, visibility | Product ranking in search results, conversion rate |
| Who leaves it | Buyers after receiving their order | Buyers after using the product |
| Amazon 2025 Update Impact | Star-only ratings make feedback easier to collect | Product complaints no longer hurt seller rating |
Why This Difference Matters More Than Ever in 2025
In Amazon’s early days, reviews were mostly about products, and feedback was just a side metric. Today, with Amazon’s updated algorithm and stricter account health policies, seller feedback can make or break your visibility.
Amazon’s Recent changes mean:
- More star-only feedback → higher participation rates.
- Product complaints no longer impact seller ratings → cleaner data for Amazon’s ranking logic.
- Amazon’s search algorithm weighs buyer trust heavily — meaning both ratings matter for SEO.
What Is Amazon Seller Feedback?
Seller feedback acts like a report card for your customer experience, measuring:
- Shipping speed
- Accuracy of orders
- Customer communication
- Problem resolution speed
Why it matters:
- High feedback boosts your Buy Box win rate.
- Poor feedback can suppress listings or even cause account suspensions.
- Strong feedback builds trust signals for Amazon’s algorithm.
How to Improve Seller Feedback in 2025:
- Use proactive messaging to set delivery expectations.
- Offer fast replacements/refunds when issues arise.
- Use monitoring tools like Seller Labs Feedback Genius to get real-time alerts and address problems before they escalate
What Are Product Reviews?
Product reviews focus solely on the item’s quality and performance, covering:
- Build quality
- Performance
- Packaging
- Fit for advertised purpose
Why they matter:
- Amazon ranks products with more positive reviews higher in search.
- Shoppers rely on reviews before purchasing — 82% trust them as much as personal recommendations.
- Products with 100+ reviews at 4.2+ stars can see up to 15% higher sales.
Tips to Increase Reviews:
- Ensure your listing matches reality — accurate descriptions prevent disappointment.
- Include clear product images from multiple angles.
- Use Seller Labs tools to send compliant review requests to customers.
Amazon’s 2025 Update: What Sellers Need to Know
The 2025 update changes how feedback and reviews are collected and counted:
- Star-Only Ratings → Customers can quickly rate sellers without writing text, increasing feedback volume.
- Reason Required for Low Ratings → Filters out irrelevant complaints from seller performance metrics.
Impact on strategy:
- You can focus feedback improvement on service factors only.
- More ratings = more data points for Amazon’s algorithm to evaluate trust.
How They Impact Amazon SEO
Amazon uses a trust-weighted algorithm. Here’s how both metrics contribute:
| Metric | SEO Impact |
|---|---|
| Seller Feedback | Affects Account Health, which influences Buy Box eligibility and visibility |
| Product Reviews | Affects Product Ranking, especially for competitive keywords |
If one drops, the other can’t fully compensate. Both must stay healthy to drive consistent growth.
Strategies to Dominate in 2025
A. Boost Seller Feedback
- Respond to messages within 24 hours.
- Offer proactive shipment tracking updates.
- Use Feedback Genius for monitoring and alerts.
B. Increase Product Reviews
- Follow up with buyers at peak satisfaction points.
- Include packaging inserts with QR codes linking to product pages (Amazon-compliant).
- Run promotions that encourage more purchases (more purchases = more review potential).
C. Integrate Feedback & Review Data
- Compare feedback trends with product review sentiment.
- Use data to spot issues early (e.g., slow shipping → low feedback; product defect → negative reviews).
- Optimize both in parallel.
Common Pitfalls to Avoid
- Ignoring seller feedback until account health drops.
- Letting product complaints pile up without public responses.
- Over-automating messages to the point they feel spammy.
- Focusing on reviews but not service — or vice versa.
