Amazon FBM from China to USA as a German/European ?

Hey, is it possible to sell products from China to USA with Amazon FBM as a German/European?

I have found a fulfillment center in China that can send products from China to USA in 3 days, I just wanna know if it’s possible/allowed to do that, especially as a German?

And do I have to consider anything?

So the fulfillment Center in China will store and ship my products to the USA with the Amazon FBM model.
