Approved but can’t list

I’ve been selling books on Amazon FBA for a few months and getting some decent sales. The other day I went to add some books I had. I was approved for every one, but when I went to add the listing, it says “Not available.” It won’t let me click on the link to add it. I haven’t been able to add any of the books I have. I’ve been back and forth with customer support, but… it isn’t getting me anywhere. Any ideas into how to start adding books again?
