How do I export shipment details for FBM orders shipped directly on Amazon?

I have been trying for over a week now to find a way to find a report from Amazon that includes this information:

• Order ID
• Tracking Number
• Service Provider(USPS, USP, etc.)
• Cost of Shipping Label

Is there any report that includes this information? It seems kind of ridiculous that this information isn’t readily available.

Any help would be awesome!
