Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed. Any chance to get my money back?
Hi, unfortunately I have sometimes this cases where Amazon is loosing my products. Sometimes I am getting my money back but sometimes the status switch to ” Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed”. I have already tried to open cases, but with no luck. They just telling me that they will counted it and I will not get my money back. Over the time this added up and I am thinking about contacting a lawyer. But before I will do that I want ask if anybody here ever got money back when the status was ” Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed”?
