More than 1 impression per keyword search?

I’m trying to understand what’s happening with a couple of my low volume keywords. I have a few exact match keywords that are showing about 3x the impressions as average search volume for that particular keyword. Is this the result of showing more than once in a search result, or is there something else going on here?
