question about listing my own brand

Hi all, first off thanks for taking the time to read this. I am currently trying to list my own products on amazon in which there isnt an actually brand/label on the product itself. i had a company make this product for me with the designs i wanted but it doesnt exactly have a “brand”. for example if i’m selling a cup that was manufactured with a heart on it. but since nobody has this one specific design i wanted to sell it as my own brand “ABC” would I be able to label it as ABC brand without doing any trademark or anything? Or would I be better off labeling it as generic? Thanks for the help
