Refund initiated automatically
This is the second time a customer has requested to return the product and Amazon had initiated refund automatically
Usually what happens is : Customer requests return and refund , Amaozn auto authorizes , I wait until I receive the return , Then I initiate refund deducting the Amazon fees and shipping I paid ,
But this is the second time Amazon has initiated a refund for the total amount before I even receive the return .
The problem isn’t that I didn’t receive my product as I can open a case of safe-t claim if I didn’t receive return
The problem is that I lost money. And this is the second time this has happened
Please if anyone can help me solve this issue would really appreciate it
