Refurbished Books

I recently switched some FBA Books to FBM, but when I try to edit the listing to change the price and edit the description, I get “refurbished product” and then it prompts me to apply to sell. Even after being accepted after applying, it still doesn’t allow me to change any info. What am I missing here?
