scheduling a pickup

I ship my orders by amazon Easy Ship. So I usually schedule a pickup when I have and order and they come for pickup by the next day. But this time it’s been more than 3 days. I even contact Amazon Seller support, haven’t gotten any reply. Tomorrow is last day for shipment, and I don’t want to face any cancellation charges or strike on my account health due to Amazon’s fault.

It’s difficult to drop off the order myself as it’s very far, and it’s not worth it to waste petrol and time for an item worth 2 dollars
