Has selling on Amazon changed significantly? Having a difficult time figuring out the process.
I’ve only sold a few things. I remember when browsing the site, if you were viewing a product, there’d be an option for “sell yours here” and you could list your item, and just ship it to amazon and when someone bought it they’d send it off.
I have a couple security cameras I bought but the ones I already had, when I changed internet providers, no longer worked so these just never came out of the package, so I figured I’d just re-sell them. I don’t see that ‘sell yours here’ option anymore and not sure how to go about it.

SAFE-T claim denied for empty/wrong FBM returns, how to appeal?
Hi everyone,
I’m getting some FBM returns where customers either send back an empty box or return the wrong quantity (e.g., ordered 3 units, returned 2). I filed SAFE-T claims with photos, packing evidence, and clear explanations, but Amazon denied them with the generic message “The issue that you reported is not covered by the SAFE-T policy.”
how to successfully appeal something like this?
What do I need to say in my reply to overturn the decision? Thanks!

Can’t Upload Compliance Anywhere
We have like 60+ listings that need compliance documents out of nowhere, and we have all the lab paperwork (from an Amazon approved lab) and there is nowhere to upload the documents anywhere in the account.
Support is completely useless and keeps telling me to go through Account Health. If I go to Account Health and click Submit, it prompts either “Verify Your Product (which is basically request a quote for the documents)” or “Appeal.” Appeal prompts you to explain why you don’t need documents. Those are the only two options. We have the documents.
Under “Manage My Compliance,” there’s nothing. No button or anything. I’ve tried multiple browsers, devices, etc. Does anybody know how to solve this? Support won’t do anything at all to help, as usual.
Thanks

Anybody gotten a Vorys letter?
Anybody ever gotten a Vorys letter? The one I got is just making the “unauthorized seller” claim. I’ve gotten plenty of Cease & Desist letters from brands and I usually toss them, but Vorys is a law firm representing this brand. Seen mixed answers online and wondering if anybody in here has experience with it. I’m aware legally I am in the right as my products are genuine and have every right to sell them. Seems like a scare tactic to me.

#495 – The AI Workflow for Winning Amazon Main Images
Audio version above. Video version below
If your AI-generated Amazon images look “technically perfect” but still don’t convert, you’re not alone, and you’re not missing more prompts. In this AIM (AI Monthly) session, our Amazon creatives expert guest breaks down the real issue. AI and designers can execute, but they can’t decide strategy for you. That’s why sellers often spend thousands on creatives that look good, yet still fail to drive more clicks and sales.
Hannah Lyss Tampioc is the Founder and CEO of Mad Cat Creatives, and her team has worked with more than 300 brands. She walks through how shoppers actually buy on Amazon and explains why each image serves a different purpose. Your main image needs to stand out in mobile search results. Images two and three should help shoppers quickly understand what they’re getting. The rest of your images and A+ Content should build confidence by answering objections and removing hesitation. The key is figuring out whether you have a click problem or a conversion problem, then fixing the right part of your image stack instead of randomly “refreshing” everything.
The centerpiece of the episode is Hannah’s SORT framework. First, you spot the priority so you know what to fix first. Next, you gather the right context by pulling mobile search screenshots, competitor pages, reviews, and Rufus questions. Then you use that information to reason through the data, so your AI outputs are based on real buyer language instead of guesses. Finally, you test before committing by validating your image ideas with polling tools like the Helium 10 Audience tool, powered by PickFu, before you publish. You’ll also see a real example using Bradley Sutton’s Project X Coffin Shelf listing, where small changes like aspect ratio, mobile-first sizing, and packaging callouts helped the main image stand out more when it mattered most.
By the end, you’ll know exactly what to fix first and how to follow a repeatable AI Amazon image workflow that confirms your next update will win before you publish.

Trying to list items 3P but not successful
We opened a Seller Central Account in addition to a 1P account and listed a completely new product on Seller Central ONLY. The listings are being taken down, stating we need to submit selling application, despite being a brand representative. Is this Amazon’s way of blocking us from doing hybrid?
